Background

With the popularity of real-time voice intercom/call, CooTek was about to launch its mobile real-time intercom application "BiBi". In order to better understand the needs of customers and verify the attraction of voice social apps to users, CooTek hopes to optimize UX/UI and funtoins through user experience study.


Objectives

  • Understand the use of existing social apps by student groups and explore opportunities
  • Explore the lifestyle of students
  • Collect students' intuitive feelings about using BiBi
  • Validate the functionality and UI/UX of BiBi
